What is In Home Care?
in home care refers to any type of care that is provided for the client in heir own home, whether it be medical or non-medical in nature. In most cases, in home care is a way for seniors who need basic help o stay in their homes instead of having to transition into a nursing home or senior facility.
In home care is extremely flexible in nature. Some people may only require a caregiver a few days a week. Some people may need a little extra help recovering from an ailment or after a surgery. Each case is different and every client will get the specific care they need and deserve.
At Amicare we have team members available to provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We’re proud to be around whenever you need us.

Each client that we work with at AmiCare Home Services has a unique situation. Everyone has specific needs and medical requirements. The amount of time a caregiver is required in a clients home will also play a part in the cost. Some services may be covered by Private Pay, insurance, veterans benefits, etc.

Yes our caregivers are available to provide companionship or personal care to those in nursing homes or assisted living communities who may be interested in more focused attention and personalized care.

In general we set our clients up with a consistent caregiver that will oversee their care as schedule. If your usual caregiver is unavailable (due to sickness, being on vacation, etc.) we have a team of caregivers that can take over as needed. In these situations you will be notified in advance.
